The Controller processes data voluntarily submitted through the website, data required to answer enquiries, and basic technical data necessary for security and reliable operation.

• handling contact-form enquiries and correspondence — based on consent, pre-contractual steps, or the Controller’s legitimate interest;
• preparing offers and delivering and settling services — to perform a contract and meet legal obligations;
• securing, diagnosing, and administering the website — based on the Controller’s legitimate interest;
• establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims — based on the Controller’s legitimate interest.

3. Data and forms

The contact form may collect your name, email address, selected services, message, and confirmation of consent. Providing this information is voluntary but necessary for us to answer.

The website may record event time, IP address, browser details, requested resource, referrer, and diagnostic information. These data are used only to secure and operate the infrastructure.

4. Hosting and infrastructure

The website is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers within the European Economic Area. Most application infrastructure is self-hosted and managed by the Controller or authorised collaborators.

The website uses Astro, Payload CMS, and PostgreSQL. Technical server logs may include the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser details, response code, and error information.

The hosting provider processes data under a data-processing arrangement and only as necessary to operate and secure the infrastructure.

5. Security and retention

Data transmission is protected with TLS encryption. Administrative access is restricted, administrative passwords are hashed, and software and backups are maintained regularly.

Enquiry data are retained as long as needed to respond, cooperate, and settle services, and then until relevant limitation periods expire. Data based solely on consent are deleted after consent is withdrawn unless another lawful basis applies.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to the hosting provider, authorised staff and collaborators, and legal, accounting, or technical providers only to the extent required for the relevant purpose.

The Controller does not sell personal data. Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless a GDPR-compliant safeguard is in place and users are appropriately informed.

The website uses self-hosted ALTCHA protection. It does not profile users or send CAPTCHA solutions to an external CAPTCHA service.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

The Controller does not make decisions producing legal effects solely through automated processing.
